1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Look (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms govern your use of the App and form a binding agreement between you and Ștefan Floroiu. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility The App is rated 9+ on the Apple App Store. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in certain jurisdictions such as the European Union) to use the App without parental consent. If you are under the applicable minimum age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that: • You meet the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction. • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. • You will use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. 3. Services and Pricing The App provides the following services: • AI Try-On: Upload or capture a photo of yourself to visualize clothing items. • Style Ratings & Suggestions: Receive AI-powered feedback on outfits and recommendations for improvement. • Brand Tools: Upload product images and generate professional product shots using AI templates. Pricing and Subscriptions • The App is free to download. • Users are limited to 5 image generations per day on the free plan. • For unlimited access and additional features, subscriptions are available: o Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week o Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly. 4. User Content You may upload photos of yourself or product images in order to use the App’s features. You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we do not permanently store it on our servers. User Content is either processed locally on your device or temporarily processed for generation and then deleted. Any content you choose to save remains stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and agree not to upload anything that: • Violates the rights of others (e.g., copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). • Contains unlawful, harmful, or offensive material. • Could mislead others if used for commercial purposes (e.g., false product representations). 5. Purchases and Subscriptions Access to the App requires a paid subscription. The App is not available for free use. Subscription Options • Weekly Subscription: $4.99 / (per) week • Yearly Subscription: $29.99 / (per) year All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Daily Usage Limit All subscribers are limited to five (5) AI generations per day, regardless of subscription type. This limitation applies uniformly and is designed to ensure fair access to the App’s services. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period ends. Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple App Store account. Management and Cancellation You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Refunds Refunds are issued solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot provide refunds directly. 6. Prohibited Use You agree not to misuse the App. Specifically, you may not: • Use the App to generate unlawful, obscene, hateful, or harmful content. • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. • Misuse the App for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the App. • Interfere with the App’s functionality, including attempts to bypass subscription restrictions or daily generation limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this section. 7. Disclaimers The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding: • The accuracy, realism, or reliability of AI-generated try-ons, style ratings, or product images. • The suitability of generated visuals for actual purchasing decisions. • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. You assume all responsibility for decisions made based on your use of the App. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Look and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from: • Your use or inability to use the App. • Any reliance on AI-generated content, including try-ons, ratings, or product images. • Unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration of your User Content. • Errors, interruptions, or technical failures of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you: • Violate these Terms. • Misuse the App or its services. • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end. Termination does not entitle you to any refund, and any outstanding subscription charges remain payable. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
