We designed Look to minimize the collection of personal data. The App does not require an account, and we do not store personal information on our servers.

The information we may process includes:

  • User Photos and Uploads: Images of yourself, clothing, or products that you provide for AI generation.
  • Purchase and Subscription Data: Managed by Apple and RevenueCat, including purchase receipts and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
  • Device Data: Standard technical information provided automatically by Apple or RevenueCat (e.g., device type, subscription identifiers).

We do not collect analytics, browsing history, or personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the App’s services, including:

  • Generating AI try-ons, style ratings, outfit suggestions, and product shots.
  • Enforcing subscription access and daily generation limits.
  • Managing subscriptions and entitlements via RevenueCat.
  • Ensuring the App functions correctly on your device.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Local Storage: Generated content is saved locally on your device if you choose to keep it.
  • Temporary Processing: Some uploads may be processed temporarily via our generation system and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
  • Subscription Data: Purchase receipts and entitlement information are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required to maintain your subscription.

We do not permanently store your photos, uploads, or generated images on our servers.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Information may be shared only in the following limited ways:

  • Apple: For subscription billing, App Store distribution, and diagnostic purposes.
  • RevenueCat: To manage subscription entitlements and verify your active subscription.
  • Service Providers: For temporary image generation and secure delivery of requested results (with automatic deletion).

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 9+ on the Apple App Store. It is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in certain jurisdictions (such as the European Union).

We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has used the App without consent should contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect the information processed through the App, including:

  • Temporary deletion of uploaded images immediately after generation.
  • Local-only storage of generated content.
  • Secure communication channels during processing.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal data you have provided.
